Our pricing is customized based on your specific needs. For vehicles, we require the make, model, and year (and sometimes physical dimensions) to provide an accurate RoRo or Container quote. For general cargo, pricing is determined by volume (CBM), weight, and the container size required (20ft vs 40ft).

Customs clearance fees at the destination port are typically not included in our standard freight pricing. These vary significantly by country and cargo value. While we provide extensive documentation support (V5C, Bill of Lading, IDF), we recommend engaging a local customs broker or utilizing one of our vetted agents at the destination to handle local formalities.

Transit times depend on your destination and chosen modality:

  • West Africa (Nigeria/Ghana): 18 – 24 days for RoRo; 22 – 28 days for Container.
  • East Africa (Tanzania/Kenya): 28 – 35 days.
  • Caribbean (Jamaica/Barbados): 14 – 21 days.
  • Air Freight: 3 – 7 days globally for urgent consignments.

To ensure a smooth departure from the UK, we require the following:

  • The V5C Logbook: Original copy for the DVLA Permanent Export notification.
  • Commercial Invoice / Purchase Receipt: Essential for valuation and customs at destination.
  • Photo ID: A clear copy of your passport or driver's license.
  • Packing List: If items are being loaded inside the vehicle (Container only).

Yes. Import regulations for age limits vary by country:

  • Nigeria: Used cars must generally be under 15 years old; commercial trucks under 20 years.
  • Ghana: While there isn't a hard ban, vehicles over 10 years old attract significant age-based duty penalties.
  • Tanzania: Vehicles over 10 years old incur an additional excise duty.

We primarily accept payments via Bank Transfer (BACS/CHAPS). Alternatively, cash deposits can be made at any high-street bank branch using our invoice details. All shipments must be paid in full prior to the release of the Bill of Lading.
